Open Gym Premier, LLC ("Open Gym Premier," "OGP," "we," "us," or "our") collects personal information relevant to youth sports programming, events, digital platforms, and recruiting services that we operate.

We do not collect personal information that is not reasonably necessary to provide our services. Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate our platforms, fulfill legitimate business purposes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We maintain online player profiles that publicize youth athletes' sports accomplishments, including statistics, awards, images, videos, and other performance-related information. These profiles may include personal information and name, image, and likeness (NIL).

As part of Open Gym Premier's recruiting and exposure services, including Digital College Placement (DCP), certain player contact information—including email address, phone number, and date of birth—may be made visible only to verified college coaches using our recruiting platforms.

Access to this information is:

• Strictly limited to verified college coaches
• Governed by platform verification and usage requirements
• Intended solely for legitimate collegiate recruiting and communication purposes

Open Gym Premier does not provide player contact information to club coaches, agents, or other third parties for recruiting purposes.

Any minor age 13 or younger who participates in any program, event, or platform operated by Open Gym Premier, LLC or its affiliated brands must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

If a parent or guardian believes that personal information of a child age 13 or younger has been provided without proper consent, they may contact Open Gym Premier, LLC in writing with attention to Management. Upon verification, we will make reasonable efforts to remove or restrict sensitive personal information.

Parents or legal guardians may:

• Review information provided about their child
• Request corrections or removal of information
• Request restrictions on visibility or future publication

All requests must be submitted in writing to Open Gym Premier, LLC with attention to Management.

We must collect certain information to operate youth sports programs and events in a safe, healthy, and fair manner. While consent to provide specific personal information is not required to participate in programs we operate, failure to provide information deemed essential to safety, eligibility, or compliance may result in restricted participation.

If participation is impacted based on information requirements, parents or guardians may contact Open Gym Premier, LLC in writing with attention to Management.

• Register for events
• Purchase products or services
• Subscribe to communications
• Complete forms or surveys

• Grade information

You may browse portions of our platforms anonymously; however, certain services require account creation.

Information collected may be used to:

• Operate youth sports events and programs
• Create and manage player profiles
• Facilitate collegiate recruiting exposure
• Allow verified college coaches to identify and contact players
• Improve our platforms and services
• Process transactions
• Communicate service updates, confirmations, and support messages

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We may disclose personal information, with consent, in the following circumstances:

• To verified college coaches for collegiate recruiting purposes
• To trusted service providers who assist in operating our platforms
• To comply with legal obligations or protect rights, property, or safety

All parties receiving access to personal information are required to use it solely for authorized purposes and to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information.

Sensitive payment information is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and processed through secure payment providers. Payment information is not stored on our servers following completion of a transaction.

By creating an account, registering a player, or using Open Gym Premier's platforms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.

Where required, you expressly consent to:

• The collection and use of personal information as described
• The visibility of player contact information to verified college coaches only for collegiate recruiting purposes

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Open Gym Premier, LLC in writing with attention to Management. Withdrawal of consent may limit access to certain services.
